We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on our hosting services. If you are not satisfied within the first 3 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds once approved will be processed in 2 business days and will be credited in original mode of payment in 5-7 business days
The refund applies only to new customers who are using our hosting services for the first time. The refund does not apply to domain name registrations, SSL certificates, setup fees, or other add-on services. Refunds will not be provided for accounts that have violated our terms of service, including the acceptable use policy.

Refund Request Process

Include your account information, purchase details, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Service Cancellation
You can cancel your hosting services at any time. If you cancel your services after the 3-day money-back guarantee period, no refunds will be provided, and the service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Refund Denial
We reserve the right to deny any refund requests if: You are outside the 3-day refund window. You have violated our terms of service. The service being requested for a refund is non-refundable as per the policy above.
